Nicol Investment Company | Lobby Sign

Customer wanted a high end sign but was not sure of the material or design he was after. We recommended water jet cut aluminum letters w/ water jet cut bronze back plate. The back plate is mounted flush to the wall with letters spaced off the wall giving the sign a layered 3D look. The sign is approximately 12” x 48”. Customer was extremely happy with the overall look and price of the sign.

Atria Senior Living | Monument Sign

Customer wanted to re-create entire sign design and material for approximately 20 locations throughout the United States. We came up with HDU foam, which was then sandblasted and hand painted. We first made a minature model for our customer to approve since we were going to make a large volume of signs. The HDU portion of this monument is 48” x 72”. Dee Sign, with our multiple locations and contacts was able to install all signs at all locations.

Rice Ranch | Model Home Sign

Customer already knew what they wanted which was a full color digital print on ½” thick MDO plywood. We became a little more creative at that point and added a 3D carving of the logo and added custom woodwork framing around the sign. We have been working with this customer for 5 years and they have always been pleased with our work.

KW Commercial | Interior ID Plaque

This customer had an exsiting plaque that they wanted us to match. This is a bronze plaque, approx. 8” x 24”.

Web | Exterior Building Sign

Customer wanted a long lasting sign with some dimension to it. We suggested formed plastic letters with a prismatic face. These letters come with a manufacturer’s lifetime guarantee and are very economical. Dee Sign first produced a photoshop image to show the customer what the sign would look like and to determine which size of sign was needed since this was on top of a three story building. These letters are 24” tall.

Nantucket Creek | Monument Sign

Customer wanted a sandblasted looking sign. We recommended HDU foam since it handles the outside elements better than wood. This sign is 48” x 96” with custom post and finials. The customer was so happy with sign, that we then did three more locations for him.

Sigue | Interior Lobby Sign

This sign is apprx 24” x 48” w/ a custom logo. Customer’s colors are red, green and black. We pulled the customer away from their color scheme and suggested brushed aluminum letters with a polished aluminum logo. This made the sign stand out and gave it a high end look. The customer was very pleased with our suggestion.

CVS Pharmacy | 45’ Pylon Sign with Tenant ID Spaces

Originally, this was an shopping center with old store front signs and outdated pylon signs which were in terrible condition. We were asked to prepare a Master Sign Program for the entire shopping center. We then pulled down all the existing signs from all the store fronts. Customer had the face of the building redone, and during that time, we prepared architectural and engineering drawings and had city permits pulled for all of the store fronts and the two pylon signs. We fabricated and installed new illuminated LED channel letters for the store fronts. We then started the process of completely refurbishing and modernizing the pylon signs. We reconstructed the face, fabricated and installed new rock work, constructed new aluminum framing, and installed all new wiring and lamps.

Munchkin | Exterior Building ID Sign

The customer was concerned with the durability of his new sign since he has full sun exposure to this area all day. We suggested dimensional round faced formed plastic letters with a manufacturers lifetime warranty. In keeping with the customer’s design, we first painted the wall behind the sign red, and then installed the letters on top of that area.

Villa Azure | Monument Sign

Customer wanted to keep with an antique look for this project. We suggested using 1/2” thick water jet cut bronze patina letters. These were then stud mounted off the wall with spacers to give a fuller dimensional look. The logo is a digital print on aluminum.

Business Park | Monument Sign

Customer had foam letters that were deteriorating and needed to be replaced. Using dimensional formed plastic letters with a round face is an alternative to foam giving the customer a lifetime warranty on the product.

The Premier | Monument Sign

The customer wanted something with dimension and in a moderate price range. By routing out ½” MDO plywood and adhering a full digital print, we kept within the price range the customer was asking for. To get the dimension he wanted, we added some formed plastic letters which were pad mounted to the background and kept the cost down since only some of the letters were dimensional.

This sign required pulling City Permits. All drawings, elevations, plot maps, descriptions, etc, were made and then submitted first through a hearing at a Review Board. Once approved by the Review Board, we went to the City to get the Sign Permits approved. These are illuminated aluminum reverse channel letters with halo lighting.

Customer wanted an antique looking sign. We suggested cut out pieces of copper with an antique finish. We then routed out the letters and back lit the sign with LED We also wrapped LED around the outside of the cabinet to give it a halo effect around the sign.
